ITIL Foundation exam coaching in Dubai

Pass ITIL Foundation with a coach who holds ITIL (Version 5) Strategy and Foundation, is a PeopleCert ITIL Ambassador, and runs ITIL-aligned operations for a living.

ITIL Foundation coaching prepares you for PeopleCert's ITIL Foundation exam through live sessions, practice questions and real-world examples. The ITIL (Version 5) Foundation exam is 40 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes, closed book, with a 65% pass mark. Training is optional for Foundation, so coaching is a way to pass first time rather than a requirement.

Who it's for

  • IT professionals who want ITIL on their CV and need to pass first time
  • Service desk, operations and service delivery teams standardising on ITIL
  • ITIL 4 holders deciding between the ITIL (Version 5) Foundation Bridge and the full Foundation
  • Managers who want their team to share one service management vocabulary

What you get

  • Live sessions for ITIL 4 or ITIL (Version 5) Foundation, one-to-one or small group
  • Practice questions and exam technique for the closed-book format
  • Real examples from enterprise IT operations, so concepts stick instead of being memorised
  • Guidance on booking the exam with PeopleCert and on your next certification step

How it works

Questions

Is ITIL 4 or ITIL (Version 5) the better exam to take now?

ITIL (Version 5) Foundation launched in 2026 and PeopleCert currently plans to retire ITIL 4 modules on 31 December 2027, so most new candidates should take Version 5. If you already hold an ITIL 4 certificate, the Foundation Bridge (Version 5) is a shorter 20-question, 30-minute exam.

Do I need accredited training to sit ITIL Foundation?

No. PeopleCert allows self-study for ITIL Foundation, which is why coaching is an option rather than a requirement. Advanced ITIL (Version 5) modules are different: they require an Accredited Training Organization or official eLearning.

Are you an accredited training organisation?

No. I coach for the Foundation exam, and you book the exam directly with PeopleCert. For advanced modules I can point you to the accredited route.

Can sessions be online?

Yes. Sessions run in Dubai or online for candidates anywhere in the GCC.
